Wiring Instructions
The first connection method: external power supply, you only need to connect the red and black power lines, and the yellow line does not need to be connected (the purpose is to supply power to the display); the working voltage cannot exceed 5V. (Note: If it is connected to an external power supply, the product cannot be installed with a battery, otherwise an abnormality will occur).
The second connection method: PLC needs to be connected, and it also needs to be wired, but there is an extra resistor, which needs to be connected as shown in the figure below. In this case, battery power supply must be added, because connecting to PLC requires separate power supply, and the battery is for The display is powered, and the wiring is connected to the PLC power supply and output signal.
Please determine whether you need to connect to the PLC before placing an order. If you need to connect to the PLC, please make a note or contact customer service!
INSTRUCTION
1. Clear the data of single measurement.
When in counting or standby mode, press the “CLEAR” key, the LCD will displayin full screen (as shown below), releasethe “CLEAR” button to return to the standbyinterface, and the single count number has been cleared.
2. Clear the data of total measurement
When in counting or standby mode, short press the “SET”key to switch to total interface, press andhold the “CLEAR” key for more than 5s, the LCD wil display in full screen, after 5s, the LCD screenwill automatically return to the standby interface, and the total accumulation has been cleared.
3. Switch the interface between flow rate、total flow
When in counting or standby mode, press the “SET”key to switch the interfacebetween flow rate, total flow (shown as below).
4. Pulse number setting
When in counting or standby mode, press and hold the “SET” key for more than 5 secondsto the setting interface (shown as below), press the “CLEAR” key to modify the flashing digitvalue, press the”SET” key to switch the flashing digit, when finish setting, long press the “SET”key to save and exit the setting molde, or if you don’t have any futher operation, the system willautomatically save and exit the setting mode after 30 seconds.
5. Measurement unit setting
When in counting or standby mode, press and hold the”SET”+ “CLEAR” keys for more than 5 seconds to the unit setting interface, press the “CLEAR” key to switch the unit between L, GAL, QTS, PTS (shown as below), when finish setting, long press the “SET” key to save and exit, or if you don’t have any futher operation, the system will automatically save andexit the setting mode after 30 seconds.
6. Quickly view the numbers of pulses and total flow
When in counting or standby mode, press and hold the “SET” + “CLEAR” keys for lessthan 5s, it shows the pulses and total flow(shown as below).
